Our process requires you to purchase a die PRIOR to sending us a digital file. Digital files can be accepted as an ai. file or as a pdf (ai., or vector format, is best!). Email images in black and white ONLY. As when we cut, we cannot do colors. Please understand the bleed amount of 1/4" so if your design is 2" it may come out around 1.75" due to the bleed area.

Once we have received your order, paid in full, you may send us an email with the order number in the subject line. This way we can tie your order to your design.
